Policies
A charge of $20.00 per night for a third person in the room.
Two night minimum required for holiday weekends.
Your stay includes:
A full breakfast (special attention to those with special diets)
Room rates are per night, double occupancy
PA state tax (6%) and a hotel tax (3%) are not included in the above
rate
Check out and in will be discussed at the time of booking.
Children are welcome
A pet friendly atmosphere, pets are not allowed at the breakfast areas,
pets must be on a leash, an additional charge of $20.00 per pet

Wireless internet service through out the American Vintage Bed
and Breakfast
A seven person Jacuzzi, in its own gazebo, cozy comfy and private
Smoking is not allowed in our bed and breakfast, for your safety
Deposits and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made five days or more in advance of your stay
will not be charged.
Cancellations less than five days prior to your arrival will be charged
a one night fee.
Holiday weekends require a twenty say notice of cancellation
Pets
We at American Vintage Bed And Breakfast are pet friendly. There is
a $10.00 per night charge for pets. We have water and food bowls for
them we can also provide a bed for them, however you must provide
their food.
No pets are allowed at the breakfaast table.
Pets must be on a leash at all times, in consideration of our other
guests. Your pet isyour responsibility. We are working on adding a
pet run for our pet friends. Please check with us when making your
reservation to see if the run is completed.
Children
Well behaved children are more than welcome. Childcare is provided by the inn keeper. There is a charge of $10.00 per hour (including their drinks and food) for this service.
